Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients Serves: Two

1 cup plain, non-fat Greek Yogurt

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup sliced fruit such as

strawberries, peaches, or apples

1/4 cup blueberries or raspberries

1 teaspoon sliced almonds or chopped walnuts


1. Spoon 1/4 cup of yogurt into two small cups or bowls.

2. Add sliced fruit on top

3. Layer another 1/4 cup of yogurt on top of the fruit

4. Top with the berries, nuts and honey or maple syrup.

5. Serve immediately.
