Ingredients:
- 6 cups of skim milk
- 1 cup egg substitute
- 6 tablespoons of sugar (or 8 packets of sugar substitute)
- 1 teaspoon of real vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of rum extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
- Heat the milk, egg substitute, and sugar/sweetener on the stove until thickened, stirring every minute.
- Remove from microwave or stovetop and stir in the extracts and spices.
- Cover the mixture and chill.
- Dust with nutmeg before serving.
