Raspberry Beet Smoothie

Total time: 5 minutes
Makes: 2 smoothies
Good for: breakfast, snack

Ingredients

  • 1 small beet (ends trimmed, peeled, chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk (of your choice)
  • splash of orange juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. If it’s too thick, add more milk, orange juice, or water.
